Established in Hong Kong in 1946, Tech Soon Hong Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. It specialises in leather processing, leather products, essences and spices and tea. Teck Soon Hong owns four subsidiaries namely Saint Marco (Donguan) Tannery & Fur Ltd., Saint Marco (Zhuhai) Leather Goods Company Ltd., Teck Soon Hong (Zhuhai) Flavours & Fragrances Ltd. and Teck Soon Hong (Zhuhai) Health Food Co. Ltd.

Teck Soon Hong has owns and operates the largest leather manufacturing plant in Southeast Asia. FINARTS, one of its fine leather brands mainly for export, is a symbol of high quality products. GALADAY, a leather product brand with concept originated from Italy, has become an established brand in the Chinese Mainland.

Teck Soon Hong is also one of the Asia's leading manufacturers and distributors of essences and spices. It produces natural oils, aromatic chemicals and menthol crystals. ICEBUD menthol crystal is its flagship product. The Teck Soon Tea shares a leading position in the Hong Kong retail market with its three product categories: pure tea, premium tea and tea bag.
