China Resources Holdings' strategic investment projects include China Resources Shimei Bay Tourism Development Ltd., Route 3 (CPS) Company Limited, Tsing Ma Management Company, Tate's Cairn Tunnel, China Unicom, Huatai Insurance and Yunnan Yun Yao Co., Ltd.

Located on the south-eastern coast of Hainan Island, Shimei Bay offers a view of serenity and beauty. The bay is six kilometres long and encompasses a total area of 12 square kilometres. CR Holdings plans to build Shimei Bay as an international ecological beach tourism resort.
