China Resources Shenzhen Co., Ltd. (CR Shenzhen)

CR Shenzhen is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CR Holdings in Shenzhen, primarily engaged in property development and operation, retail premises management and related businesses. It is also responsible for the development of CR Holdings other investments in Shenzhen.

The ongoing development of City Crossing is the company's focal project. This large-scale urban commercial project is located in Shenzhen's financial and business centre covering an area of around 80,000 square meters. The City Crossing offers a total floor area of 480,000 square meters, and its total investment will exceed HK$4 billion. The complex comprises of the office blocks, the shopping and entertainment centre, and a five-star hotel and serviced apartment building.

Construction of the first phase of the project, a 29-storey office tower and a 180,000 square-metre shopping & entertainment centre, commenced on October 31, 2002 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2004. The second phase will be a combination of an outdoor shopping area, a five-star hotel and serviced apartments.

City Crossing will become a modern landmark in Shenzhen, offering a beautiful site, a centre for community activities and the perfect place for social gatherings.
