12, 2003, CR Power engages in development, integration, and operation
of CR Holdings' electric power businesses. In line with the philosophy
of China Resources Group, CR Power is committed to deliver maximum
value to its customers, employees and shareholders through value-added
management. CR Power aims to become an independent power provider
that is "the best in China, the first class in the world".
At the end of July 2003, CR Power had a total attributable capacity
of 4438MW in operation and under construction, not including
the interest in HIPD. These power plants are : China Resources
(Xu Zhou) Electrical Power Co., Ltd., Hebei Harv Power Generation
Co., Ltd., Guangdong Guanghope Power Co., Ltd., China Resources
Power Hunan Liyujiang Co., Ltd., Puqi Sithe Power Generating
Co., Ltd., China Resources (Deng feng) Electic Power Development
Co., Ltd., China Resources Power (Changshu) Co., Ltd., Zhejiang
Wenzhou Telluride Power Generating Co., Ltd, China Resources
(Jiaozuo) Electrical Power Co., Ltd. China Resources (Tangshan)
Thermal II Power Co., Ltd., and China Resources (Luoyang) Thermal
Co., Ltd. The serving areas cover Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hebei,
Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong provinces.
Besides CR Power has the contracts from CR Group to manage the
power plants including Sichuan Shurun Electric Development Co.,
Dongguan Houjie Power Co., Ltd, Yunnan China Resources Power
(Honghe ) Co.k Ltd, China Resources Power (Fuyang ) Co., Ltd,
and China resources (Xuzhou Phase II) Electrical Power Co., Ltd.,
holding attributable capacity of 1000MW.
