Leaders


		Mr. Song is the President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.("CRH"). He is also the Chairman of China Resources Enterprise, Limited, China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Resources Land Limited. He was a graduate in engineering of Tongji University. He has been with CRH since 1985 and worked as Deputy General Manger of China Resources Petrochems (Group) Co., Ltd. General Manger of Enterprise Development Department of CRH, Vice President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.


		Mr. Chen is a Vice President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH"), a Managing Director of China Resources Enterprise, Limited, the Chairman of Ng Fung Hong Limited, China Resources Light Industries & Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd..He was awarded a Bachelor's degree by the Beijing Foreign Language Institute and a Master degree in Business Administration from the Victoria University of New Zealand. He worked as a senior officer in the MOFTEC and as a commercial attache in Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Chen joined CRH in 1988.


		Mr. Qiao is a Vice President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH"), a Director of China Resources Enterprise, Limited. He is also the Chairman of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Jilin University, He worked as the Director of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Since his joining CRH in 1992, he has served as the General Manager of Human Resources Department, a Deputy General Manager of Personnel Department and the General Manager of China Resources Petrochems (Group) Co. Ltd.


		Mr. Wang is a Vice President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. as well as the Managing Director of China Resources Land Limited. He was awarded a Bachelor degree in Economics by the Shandong University in China and a Master degree in Business Administration by the University of San Francisco in the USA. Mr. Wang once worked for Human Resources Department of the MOFTEC and joined China Resources National Corp. in 1984.


		Mr. Jiang is the Chief Financial Officer and the General Manager of Finance Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH"). He is a Director of China Resources Enterprise, Limited, China Resource Power Holding Co., Ltd., China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, China Resources Land Limited and China Assets (Holdings) Limited. He has a Bachelor's degree in international trade and a Master's degree in international business and finance both from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Mr. Jiang joined CRH in 1988.


		Mr. Wang is a Vice President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH"), the Vice Chairman and CEO of CR Power Holdings Co., Ltd. He is also a a Director of China Resources Enterprise, Limited. He served as the general manager of China Resources (Xuzhou) Electric Power Co., Ltd. from 1994 to 2001. Prior to joining CRH, Mr. Wang was in charge of Industrial in General Office of Xuzhou City Government. He was also the deputy secretary-general of the Government of Xuzhou City. Mr. Wang holds an EMBA Master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School.


		Mr. Yan is a Director of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH"). He is also a Director of China Resources Enterprise, Limited and China Resources Land Limited. He was awarded a Bachelor degree in Law by the Beijing University in China and a Master degree in Business Administration by the University of San Francisco in the USA. Mr. Yan joined CRH in 1986.


		Mr. Zhou is an Assistant President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH") He majored in Commerce and Economics Management. Then he worked as the Director General of the General Office of the MOFTEC in China. Since his joining CRH in 1996, he has served as the General Manager of the General Management Office and then as the General Manager of the Executive Directors' Office.


		Mr. Wang is the Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of China Resources Enterprise, Limited. He is also the Managing Director of China Resources Snow Breweries Limited. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the Renmin University of China. He worked in the China National Economic Committee and joined CRH in 1994.


		Mr. Zhu is the Chairman of China Resources Logic Limited. He is also the Chairman of China Resources Microelectronics (Holdings) Ltd. and China Resources (Shenyang) Sanyo Compressor Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu graduated from Nanjing University, PRC and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the University of International Business and Economics, China. Mr. Zhu worked for the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (“MOFTEC”) and joined CRH in 1991.


		Mr. Liu is an Assistant President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“CRH”) and General Manager of personnel department of CRH. He is also a Non-Executive Director of China Resources Land Limited. Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China. He has previously worked in the Embassy of the PRC in Kingdom of Denmark and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, presently known as the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Liu joined CRH in 1991.


		Mr. Zhu is a Vice President of China Resources Enterprise, Limited(Assistant President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.). He is also the Director & President of China Resources Petrochems (Group) Company Limited. Mr. Zhu holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of International Business and Economics, China. He joined CRH in 1984.


		Mr. Lau is the Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of China Resources Enterprise, Limited. He is also the Chairman of CRE Properties (Hong Kong) Limited and China Resources Logistics (Holdings) Limited. Mr. Lau graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University (formerly known as Hong Kong Baptist College) and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He joined CRH in 1994.


		Mr. Li is an Assistant President of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ("CRH") and General Manager of Strategic Management Department of CRH. He is also a Non-Executive Director of China Resources Logic Limited. Mr. Li holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. He joined CRH in 1990.
